Consumer trends reveal a consumer increasingly aware and attentive to environmental credentials. Climate change is an objective fact and the wine industry is adapting with short, medium and long term remedies in order to continue to produce quality wines and increase the value of the sector.
Actions in the vineyard, productive approaches in the winery but also innovation in the packaging spread and meet the needs of future generations. Seven glasses from different countries of the old and new world to discover how Women of Wine are concretely contributing to a more sustainable future.

Cristina Mercuri DipWSET, è Presenter, Wine Educator e Master of Wine Candidate.
Cristina ha lasciato la carriera di avvocato per dedicarsi alla sua più grande passione, quella del vino. Oggi è Founder e Head of Education di Wine Club, un'accademia innovativa nella didattica del vino. Insegna agli studenti in tutte le fasi del percorso, da principianti a Candidati Diploma WSET, oltre che ai Sommelier e alle aziende di Wine & Spirits. E' presenter per i più importanti eventi sul vino in Italia come Vinitaly e Milano Wine Week, oltre che per eventi privati e promozionali. E' VDP Ambassador per l'Italia, oltre che Sherry e Cava Educator. Cristina ha più di 10 anni di esperienza nel settore e si distingue per la sua profonda conoscenza multidisciplinare. E' candidata a diventare la prima donna Italiana Master of Wine, e sta preparando il suo Research Paper su un tema molto attuale: i vitigni ibridi.
