Alison Napjus after graduating from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration Napjus gained experience as a restaurant manager in New York before moving to Wine Spectator in 2000, where she worked first as a taster and then, in 2012, was promoted to Senior Editor, and later to Tasting Director in 2016. Alison Napjus’ style is judicious and very technical, focusing on wine making information rather than narrative.
